Do you keep products in stock?
No. We make each order after payment, so please allow for production time.
Where do you deliver?
We start with delivery inside Bahrain. GCC shipping will follow after testing.
How do I pay for a custom order?
Business batches take a 50% deposit, with the balance due before dispatch. Bespoke design work is paid as a separate stage.
Are your products food-safe or load-bearing?
Not unless we state it on the product page after testing and validation.
Can you add my logo?
Yes, on business products such as VYRA LINK. You approve the final design first, then pay in full before we print.
What is your returns policy?
If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, email hello@vyra-3d.com with your order details and a photo. We will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
